We deliver across all of Europe via UPS: France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, UK, and more. Shipping cost varies by destination.
How does the photo booth work?
It's completely autonomous. Your guests tap the screen, strike a pose, and the photo prints instantly. No attendant, no Wi-Fi, no technical knowledge needed.
Do I need Wi-Fi for it to work?
No! The Badabooth works entirely offline. Photos print directly from the device. Digital photos and GIFs are stored locally and can be shared after the event.
How long does delivery take?
We ship 3-5 business days before your event via UPS tracked delivery. You'll receive tracking details by email so you know exactly when to expect it.
How do I return the photo booth?
After your event, simply pack it back in the box and drop it at any UPS point — or schedule a pickup from your address. A prepaid return label is included.
Can I customize the photo frame?
Yes! After booking, you'll receive a link to our online frame editor. Add your names, event date, colors, stickers — make it uniquely yours.
How long does setup take?
About 5 minutes. Open the box, place the booth on a table, plug it in, and press start. That's it. We also send a video tutorial before your event.
What if something goes wrong during my event?
Our support team is available 7 days a week. Call or text us anytime and we'll help you troubleshoot immediately.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, we offer 3x interest-free payments. Pay a third now, a third next month, and the rest the month after.
What's included in the box?
The photo booth, a power cable, photo paper for your package (50, 150, or 400 prints), a props kit, and a prepaid return label.
